BARRA DE ABOGADOS Y PJEM FORTALECEN COORDINACI\u00d3N INSTITUCIONAL Y PROFESIONALIZACI\u00d3N JUR\u00cdDICA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.- Con el objetivo de consolidar la vinculaci\u00f3n institucional y elevar los est\u00e1ndares del ejercicio profesional del gremio jur\u00eddico, integrantes de la Barra de Abogados del Estado de M\u00e9xico sostuvieron un encuentro con el magistrado presidente del Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico (PJEM), H\u00e9ctor Macedo Garc\u00eda, como parte de una estrategia de colaboraci\u00f3n permanente entre autoridades judiciales y organizaciones de abogados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Durante la reuni\u00f3n, Agust\u00edn Flores Jaimes, doctor en Derecho e integrante de la Barra, destac\u00f3 que la organizaci\u00f3n atraviesa un proceso de fortalecimiento y consolidaci\u00f3n interna, enfocado en robustecer liderazgos, mejorar los mecanismos de comunicaci\u00f3n y estrechar la relaci\u00f3n con los tres poderes del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este primer acercamiento formal se realiza con el Poder Judicial, con la intenci\u00f3n de ampliar el di\u00e1logo institucional hacia el Poder Legislativo y el Poder Ejecutivo, a trav\u00e9s de diversas dependencias y funcionarios de alto nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Flores Jaimes subray\u00f3 que estos encuentros buscan sumar esfuerzos para fortalecer el Estado de derecho, a partir de una visi\u00f3n conjunta entre las instituciones p\u00fablicas y el gremio jur\u00eddico organizado. En este contexto, destac\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Actualizaci\u00f3n Profesional Continua en materia de Derecho, dirigido a los integrantes de la Barra, con el prop\u00f3sito de mantenerlos actualizados en distintas ramas jur\u00eddicas y elevar la calidad del ejercicio profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Explic\u00f3 que dicho programa cobra especial relevancia ante la entrada en vigor del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles en 2027, el cual contempla la certificaci\u00f3n obligatoria de los abogados, particularmente en \u00e1reas como el derecho familiar, por lo que la capacitaci\u00f3n anticipada resulta clave para atender los nuevos requerimientos normativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Por su parte, el magistrado presidente del PJEM, H\u00e9ctor Macedo Garc\u00eda, resalt\u00f3 la importancia del di\u00e1logo directo con la Barra de Abogados del Estado de M\u00e9xico, al se\u00f1alar que m\u00e1s que un ejercicio acad\u00e9mico, se trata de un espacio de interlocuci\u00f3n abierta que permite el intercambio de ideas y la construcci\u00f3n de propuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reconoci\u00f3 la trayectoria y el prestigio de la Barra, y enfatiz\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n activa de colegios, barras y abogados \u2014colegiados o no\u2014 es indispensable para trazar una ruta conjunta que fortalezca el sistema de justicia en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Macedo Garc\u00eda a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la cr\u00edtica jur\u00eddica, desde una visi\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y metodol\u00f3gica del derecho, es un elemento esencial para la evoluci\u00f3n de los paradigmas sociales y pol\u00edticos, al generar nuevas ideas que impulsen la transformaci\u00f3n del marco jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En este marco, Agust\u00edn Flores Jaimes inform\u00f3 que el presidente del Tribunal expres\u00f3 su reconocimiento y respaldo para dar continuidad al Programa de Actualizaci\u00f3n Profesional Continua, al tratarse de la primera organizaci\u00f3n en implementar este tipo de esquemas de capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de derecho. Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial brindar\u00e1 apoyo para la puesta en marcha de un diplomado desarrollado de manera conjunta con la Barra de Abogados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Precis\u00f3 que este diplomado tiene como meta avanzar hacia la certificaci\u00f3n profesional durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, lo que representa un paso relevante en el proceso de profesionalizaci\u00f3n del gremio jur\u00eddico en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Finalmente, se dio a conocer que en estos encuentros se prev\u00e9 la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 100 abogados integrantes de la Barra, quienes aportar\u00e1n propuestas y planteamientos para fortalecer el trabajo colectivo. El objetivo central, coincidieron los participantes, es consolidar los lazos institucionales, mejorar el ejercicio profesional y garantizar a la ciudadan\u00eda un servicio jur\u00eddico con mayor certeza, calidad y confianza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
