TOLUCA AVANZA EN JUSTICIA LABORAL: RICARDO MORENO FIRMA CONVENIO SALARIAL 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*El acuerdo beneficia a m\u00e1s de mil 500 trabajadores sindicalizados del Ayuntamiento de Toluca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Se establece un incremento salarial del 5% para 2026, por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2014 El Presidente Municipal de Toluca, Ricardo Moreno Bastida, consolid\u00f3 su compromiso con la justicia laboral al encabezar la firma de los Convenios de Sueldos y Prestaciones Socioecon\u00f3micas 2025, un acuerdo que beneficia de manera directa a mil 504 servidores p\u00fablicos sindicalizados del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Casa del Servidor P\u00fablico Mexiquense, donde el alcalde subray\u00f3 que la transformaci\u00f3n de la capital mexiquense se construye a partir del reconocimiento al trabajo diario de quienes sostienen la operaci\u00f3n del gobierno municipal. En ese sentido, afirm\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n mantendr\u00e1 una vigilancia permanente para garantizar el respeto a los derechos laborales y condiciones equitativas para toda la base trabajadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El convenio establece un incremento salarial del 5 por ciento para el a\u00f1o 2026, porcentaje que supera los niveles de inflaci\u00f3n y que se suma al respeto y fortalecimiento de las prestaciones laborales ya existentes, reafirmando la pol\u00edtica de responsabilidad social y financiera del gobierno local.
Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el secretario general del SUTEYM, Herminio Cahue Calder\u00f3n, reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo del presidente municipal hacia las y los trabajadores toluque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destac\u00f3 que la firma del convenio se realiz\u00f3 en un ambiente de respeto y cordialidad, lo que fortalece la relaci\u00f3n institucional entre el sindicato y la autoridad municipal, adem\u00e1s de responder de manera directa a las necesidades de los agremiados y sus familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el encuentro estuvieron presentes titulares del Instituto Municipal de Cultura F\u00edsica y Deporte, del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, del Sistema Municipal DIF, del Organismo Agua y Saneamiento, as\u00ed como Juan Gabriel Gardu\u00f1o L\u00f3pez, secretario general de la secci\u00f3n Toluca, quienes atestiguaron este acuerdo que refuerza la estabilidad laboral y el bienestar del personal sindicalizado del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
