{"id":1182,"date":"2024-03-20T22:09:22","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T22:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proyeccionedomex.com.mx\/?p=1182"},"modified":"2024-03-20T22:09:24","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T22:09:24","slug":"a-todos-beneficia-garantizar-elecciones-sin-violencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proyeccionedomex.com.mx\/?p=1182","title":{"rendered":"A TODOS BENEFICIA GARANTIZAR ELECCIONES SIN VIOLENCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>POR LA LIBRE<br>A TODOS BENEFICIA GARANTIZAR<br>ELECCIONES SIN VIOLENCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Por: Antonio Ju\u00e1rez<br><\/strong>Comenzando por la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, maestra Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, siguiendo con los candidatos y candidatas y todos los partidos pol\u00edticos, a todos conviene que en la entidad se lleve a cabo un proceso electoral tranquilo, que los diecisiete millones de mexiquenses agradecer\u00e1n, por lo que no hay duda que est\u00e1 lleno de raz\u00f3n el punto de acuerdo propuesto por la legisladora Ana Lilia Herrera Anzaldo ante la c\u00e1mara de diputados de la entidad, pues lanz\u00f3 el exhorto al gobierno mexiquense, a garantizar elecciones en paz.<br>Ante la importancia del proceso, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de colores partidistas, y m\u00e1s como representante de los ciudadanos, la diputada tom\u00f3 la delantera, pues muy bien pudo el secretario general de Gobierno, Horacio Duarte Olivares, -quien anda muy ocupado acompa\u00f1ando a la Gobernadora &#8211; convocar previamente a una Mesa Pol\u00edtica con representantes de todos los partidos que juegan en este proceso, y ah\u00ed acordar la firma del acuerdo, en la que todos los actores asumieran el compromiso de hacer su parte para llegar a un proceso que sin sombra de duda, deje aflorar la verdadera voluntad ciudadana, sin tener que cuidarse de amenazas criminales.<br>Literalmente llam\u00f3 a garantizar un cese a la violencia generalizada en la entidad, y se salvaguarde la seguridad de las candidatas y candidatos, y se ejecuten acciones preventivas en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Instituto Estatal Electoral, que ha dado muestras de su capacidad de organizaci\u00f3n en los preparativos de este enorme proceso de elecciones concurrentes.<br>A nombre de su grupo legislativo, consider\u00f3 que las campa\u00f1as han iniciado y con ello, lamentablemente, se hacen presentes algunos de los factores de mayor riesgo para la democracia como es la violencia, que en M\u00e9xico es un problema persistente que ha afectado la estabilidad y seguridad del pa\u00eds. Las cifras que revelan lo grave de la situaci\u00f3n, las aporta el mismo gobierno federal a trav\u00e9s del INEGI\u2026<br>En otro tema no menos importante, el ISSEMYM hace grandes esfuerzos para atender a sus derechohabientes, por ah\u00ed de los 800 mil, pero, que quede claro, hay dependencias que incurren en viejos vicios y de nuevo est\u00e1n llevando a la bancarrota a \u00e9sta, que es la mejor instituci\u00f3n m\u00e9dico asistencial del pa\u00eds, pues le descuentan las cuotas al personal, pero no las entregan, y de todos modos se les brinda la atenci\u00f3n; ah\u00ed hay que pedir la intervenci\u00f3n urgente, entre otros, del secretario de Seguridad, Andr\u00e9s Andrade, y tal vez del OSFEM\u2026<br>Del mayor inter\u00e9s que algo tan importante como la prevenci\u00f3n, control y combate de incendios forestales en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, se traten a nivel de la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n encabezada por la Gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, quien instal\u00f3 una \u201cmesa de trabajo interinstitucional para prevenir y atender incendios forestales\u201d. Una acci\u00f3n altamente positiva, pero todav\u00eda hay un asunto no resuelto, porque desde el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n de L\u00f3pez Obrador, le retirar\u00f3 al Estado de M\u00e9xico el \u201cConvenio de Asunci\u00f3n de Funciones\u201d , mediante el cual se autoriza a los guardias forestales mexiquenses, a realizar acciones en contra de los taladores ilegales y de los aserraderos que comercialicen madera obtenida de la tala ilegal. La buena relaci\u00f3n de Delfina G\u00f3mez con la administraci\u00f3n federal, podr\u00eda lograr que se recuperen esas atribuciones para proteger los bosques del Estado de M\u00e9xico\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Con pena, hay que hablar hoy de dos p\u00e9rdidas de gente valiosa: de Arturo Vilchis Esquivel, quien fuera Coordinador de Protecci\u00f3n Civil en Toluca, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico y en el pa\u00eds, que el viernes falleci\u00f3 en un restaurante por un problema cardiaco, y ayer, del periodista Pastor Tapia Garc\u00eda, por deterioro de su salud.
