\u25cfDurante el primer trimestre de 2026 se aprobaron cambios clave contra la extorsi\u00f3n, violencia de g\u00e9nero y delitos de alto impacto<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cfLa LXII Legislatura consolida nuevas herramientas legales para mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n policial y garantizar protecci\u00f3n efectiva a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 En el arranque de 2026, la LXII Legislatura del Estado de M\u00e9xico concret\u00f3 una serie de reformas enfocadas en reforzar la seguridad p\u00fablica, optimizar la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia y ampliar los mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n para las v\u00edctimas, en respuesta a las demandas sociales de mayor certeza jur\u00eddica y combate a la impunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los avances m\u00e1s relevantes destaca la ampliaci\u00f3n de facultades para las instituciones de seguridad estatal y municipal, permiti\u00e9ndoles participar en la investigaci\u00f3n de delitos bajo la conducci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se fortalecieron las mesas de paz como espacios de coordinaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para la toma de decisiones inmediatas en materia de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el combate a delitos como la extorsi\u00f3n, el Congreso expidi\u00f3 una nueva legislaci\u00f3n que prioriza su atenci\u00f3n, particularmente en casos de \u201ccobro de piso\u201d, estableciendo su persecuci\u00f3n de oficio. Esta medida se alinea con el marco federal vigente, que concentra la tipificaci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n de este delito, mientras que a nivel estatal se implementan acciones operativas y preventivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de estas disposiciones, tambi\u00e9n se establecieron mecanismos en centros penitenciarios para inhibir la comunicaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita mediante dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos, con el objetivo de reducir la comisi\u00f3n de delitos desde el interior de los reclusorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia de protecci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas, se cre\u00f3 el Juzgado LIBRE (Libertad, Igualdad, Bienestar, Redes y Emancipaci\u00f3n), especializado en la emisi\u00f3n de \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n en casos de violencia de g\u00e9nero. Adem\u00e1s, se incorporaron figuras legales como la violencia vicaria y la violencia digital, acompa\u00f1adas de medidas inmediatas para salvaguardar la integridad de las personas afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, en el \u00e1mbito judicial, se introdujeron herramientas como la nulidad de juicios obtenidos mediante fraude o pruebas falsas, as\u00ed como la implementaci\u00f3n de tribunales de alzada integrados por una sola magistratura, lo que busca agilizar los procesos y fortalecer la impartici\u00f3n de justicia en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
