El cr\u00e9dito, por 273 mil pesos m\u00e1s un pago inicial de 16 mil, fue cubierto en su totalidad, como lo acreditan documentos oficiales y la constancia de liquidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la compraventa no fue debidamente inscrita en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad, lo que permiti\u00f3 que el inmueble continuara legalmente a nombre del desarrollador. Esta omisi\u00f3n deriv\u00f3 en un embargo mercantil y, posteriormente, en una orden de desalojo, a pesar de que la familia ya hab\u00eda cumplido con todas sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez Jos\u00e9 Antonio Malanco emiti\u00f3 la orden sin considerar que la familia es ajena al conflicto legal entre terceros, ni valorar los comprobantes de pago emitidos por Infonavit. \u201cNos est\u00e1n quitando nuestra casa sin deber nada. Cumplimos y ahora pagamos por errores que no son nuestros\u201d, expres\u00f3 Karina Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso, se\u00f1alan, no es \u00fanico.
