para hacer m\u00e1s eficientes las sesiones, votaciones y uso de tecnolog\u00eda en el proceso parlamentario<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cfSe actualiza el juicio pol\u00edtico y se fortalecen mecanismos de transparencia y representaci\u00f3n en la Legislatura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 La LXII Legislatura del Estado de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 una reforma integral orientada a modernizar y hacer m\u00e1s eficiente el trabajo parlamentario, con el objetivo de contar con un Congreso m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, transparente y acorde a las exigencias actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa, impulsada por la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), contempla la implementaci\u00f3n de reglas m\u00e1s flexibles para el desarrollo de las sesiones, as\u00ed como el uso de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que permitan agilizar la deliberaci\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes y los procesos de votaci\u00f3n, sin afectar los principios de legalidad, pluralidad y representatividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los cambios m\u00e1s relevantes se encuentra la simplificaci\u00f3n en la presentaci\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes, los cuales ser\u00e1n expuestos \u00fanicamente en su parte resolutiva, adem\u00e1s de la incorporaci\u00f3n de sistemas visuales y sonoros para regular el tiempo de intervenci\u00f3n en tribuna, as\u00ed como el uso de medios electr\u00f3nicos para convocatorias y comunicaciones internas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma tambi\u00e9n flexibiliza la organizaci\u00f3n de sesiones legislativas, reduce de 48 a 24 horas el plazo para convocar a periodos extraordinarios y establece nuevas disposiciones para la integraci\u00f3n de la Directiva, garantizando la representaci\u00f3n de todos los grupos parlamentarios bajo criterios de paridad y consenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se fortalece el trabajo de las comisiones legislativas y se impulsa la digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos, incluyendo la consulta p\u00fablica de dict\u00e1menes y la transmisi\u00f3n en tiempo real de las sesiones, como parte de una estrategia de apertura y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de responsabilidades, se actualiza la figura del juicio pol\u00edtico, estableciendo procedimientos m\u00e1s claros para investigar y determinar posibles faltas de personas servidoras p\u00fablicas, en apego a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas modificaciones a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, su reglamento y la Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas estatal, el Congreso mexiquense avanza hacia
