\u25cfDocentes reciben capacitaci\u00f3n especializada para actuar como primer contacto ante situaciones de acoso y violencia en aulas normalistas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cfSMSEM impulsa herramientas clave para proteger la integridad f\u00edsica y emocional de estudiantes en 36 instituciones formadoras<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 Con el objetivo de reforzar la atenci\u00f3n inmediata a casos de violencia de g\u00e9nero en el \u00e1mbito educativo, el Sindicato de Maestros al Servicio del Estado de M\u00e9xico (SMSEM), en coordinaci\u00f3n con autoridades educativas y de g\u00e9nero, llev\u00f3 a cabo el curso \u201cAtenci\u00f3n de Primer Contacto\u201d, dirigido a docentes que fungen como enlaces en las Escuelas Normales del subsistema estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n reuni\u00f3 a representantes de 36 instituciones formadoras de docentes, quienes fortalecieron sus capacidades para aplicar protocolos ante situaciones de acoso, hostigamiento o violencia, priorizando la protecci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de las v\u00edctimas desde el primer momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la clausura, el Secretario General del SMSEM, Jenaro Mart\u00ednez Reyes, junto con el Director General de Educaci\u00f3n Normal, Raymundo S\u00e1nchez Zavala, entregaron constancias a los participantes, as\u00ed como reconocimientos a quienes facilitaron el curso, destacando la relevancia de su labor en la construcci\u00f3n de entornos educativos seguros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mart\u00ednez Reyes subray\u00f3 la importancia de la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional para avanzar hacia una transformaci\u00f3n social libre de violencia, al tiempo que reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo del gobierno estatal en la formaci\u00f3n continua del magisterio. En tanto, S\u00e1nchez Zavala enfatiz\u00f3 que este tipo de acciones reflejan el compromiso con la justicia, la equidad y el respeto dentro del sector educativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El curso se desarroll\u00f3 de manera presencial en el Auditorio \u201cForjadores de la Unidad Sindical\u201d, en Toluca, con la participaci\u00f3n de instancias especializadas en igualdad de g\u00e9nero, quienes contribuyeron a dotar a los asistentes de herramientas pr\u00e1cticas y enfoque humanista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La atenci\u00f3n de primer contacto representa una intervenci\u00f3n crucial, al ofrecer acompa\u00f1amiento inmediato con base en la escucha activa, la empat\u00eda y la no revictimizaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de canalizar a las v\u00edctimas hacia instancias especializadas que den seguimiento adecuado a cada caso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
