Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 En un intento por corregir lo que muchos automovilistas consideran un golpe constante al bolsillo, el diputado local por el distrito de Tenancingo, H\u00e9ctor Garc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez, present\u00f3 ante el pleno una iniciativa para reducir los costos de la tenencia vehicular en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nombre de la bancada del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), el legislador sostuvo que es momento de replantear el esquema fiscal para hacerlo m\u00e1s equitativo, especialmente para quienes menos tienen. \u201cQue el pago de la tenencia sea justo\u201d, expres\u00f3, al enfatizar que el actual modelo resulta oneroso para miles de familias mexiquenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La propuesta surge en medio de un fen\u00f3meno cada vez m\u00e1s visible: ciudadanos que optan por realizar tr\u00e1mites como emplacamiento, pago de tenencia y verificaci\u00f3n en otras entidades del pa\u00eds, donde los costos son m\u00e1s accesibles. Esta pr\u00e1ctica, advirti\u00f3, no solo refleja inconformidad social, sino que tambi\u00e9n golpea directamente la recaudaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menos ingresos para el Estado implica menos recursos disponibles para infraestructura, servicios p\u00fablicos y programas sociales, lo que termina afectando a la propia ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este contexto, la iniciativa plantea que la reducci\u00f3n en los costos se concentre principalmente en veh\u00edculos con valor menor a un mill\u00f3n de pesos, segmento donde se ubica la mayor\u00eda de las unidades utilizadas por familias de ingresos medios y bajos.
Con ello, la bancada verde busca generar un alivio econ\u00f3mico real sin desestabilizar las finanzas p\u00fablicas, apostando por un modelo que incentive el cumplimiento fiscal dentro del propio Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El diputado Garc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez subray\u00f3 que a\u00fan existe margen para construir pol\u00edticas fiscales m\u00e1s sensibles y acordes a la realidad econ\u00f3mica de la poblaci\u00f3n, donde pagar impuestos no represente una carga desproporcionada, sino una contribuci\u00f3n justa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
