Empresarios acusan favoritismo descarado en la asignaci\u00f3n de contratos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se\u00f1alan que \u201camigos y compadres\u201d siguen mandando en \u00e1reas administrativas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2014 Donde deber\u00eda haber transparencia, parece que lo que abunda es el \u201cpiso chueco\u201d. Nuevamente, proveedores levantan la voz contra presuntas irregularidades en el ISSSTE Toluca, ahora por la asignaci\u00f3n de contratos en el servicio de lavander\u00eda de ropa hospitalaria y de cama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con denuncias recientes, el fallo habr\u00eda favorecido, una vez m\u00e1s, a la empresa \u201cLos Manantiales\u201d, se\u00f1alada por supuestos v\u00ednculos con el subdirector administrativo, Julio Contreras, y personal cercano como Guadalupe S\u00e1nchez. Un patr\u00f3n que, dicen, ya no sorprende\u2026 pero s\u00ed indigna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEs la misma historia de siempre: si eres cercano, todo fluye; si no, te ponen el pie hasta cansarte\u201d, acusa uno de los empresarios afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las voces inconformes advierten que el proceso estuvo lejos de ser equitativo. Se\u00f1alan que la empresa ganadora present\u00f3 costos sospechosamente bajos, lo que levanta m\u00e1s de una ceja dentro del gremio. Pero lo que realmente prende las alarmas es lo que \u2014afirman\u2014 ocurre despu\u00e9s de firmados los contratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCuando hay intereses de por medio, se dan ese lujo. Mandan 10 prendas a lavar\u2026 y terminan facturando 100. No es nuevo, ya ha pasado\u201d, denunci\u00f3 otro proveedor bajo condici\u00f3n de anonimato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El problema, aseguran, no es solo el favoritismo, sino el doble rasero con el que operan las \u00e1reas administrativas. Mientras algunos proveedores reciben trato preferencial, otros enfrentan \u2014seg\u00fan testimonios\u2014 revisiones excesivas, trabas burocr\u00e1ticas y exigencias que rayan en el hostigamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi no eres del c\u00edrculo, te revisan hasta el \u00faltimo bot\u00f3n. Pero si eres \u2018de casa\u2019, todo pasa sin problema\u201d, reclaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este nuevo se\u00f1alamiento revive una constante inc\u00f3moda: la sospecha de que en ciertas oficinas p\u00fablicas, los contratos no se ganan\u2026 se reparten. Y en ese juego, la competencia leal parece ser la primera v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ahora, las autoridades del ISSSTE no han emitido una postura oficial ante estas acusaciones. Sin embargo, la presi\u00f3n crece y los proveedores advierten que no dejar\u00e1n el tema en silencio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
