Con relaci\u00f3n al material difundido en redes sociales y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en donde se realizan manifestaciones sobre presuntos actos de maltrato animal en agravio de caninos ocurrios en el municipio de #Tec\u00e1mac<\/a>, #EdoM\u00e9x<\/a>, la #Fiscal\u00edaEdoM\u00e9x<\/a> dio inicio a una investigaci\u00f3n de oficio por la posible comisi\u00f3n de delitos relacionados con el maltrato animal previstos y sancionados en el art\u00edculo 235 Bis (causar la muerte a cualquier animal que no constituya plaga), agravado por el art\u00edculo 235 Ter (cuando el maltrato animal sea cometido por servidores p\u00fablicos que tengan por encargo el manejo de animales) del c\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de M\u00e9xico, delitos por los que los responsables podr\u00edan alcanzar una pena de hasta 6 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, ello con el objeto de determinar las responsabilidades a las que haya lugar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
