Bajo ese contraste, el coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Verde en el Congreso mexiquense, Jos\u00e9 Alberto \u201cPepe\u201d Couttolenc Buentello, lanz\u00f3 un mensaje directo: es momento de que las y los j\u00f3venes no solo participen\u2026 sino que decidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas juventudes participan, pero no deciden, y eso tiene que cambiar\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el legislador, al respaldar una iniciativa que busca abrirles paso real dentro del sistema pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pepe Couttolenc fue claro en el diagn\u00f3stico: el problema no es la falta de inter\u00e9s, sino la falta de oportunidades. \u201cNo queremos j\u00f3venes en la foto, queremos j\u00f3venes decidiendo\u201d, subray\u00f3, al se\u00f1alar que los espacios de poder siguen siendo limitados para este sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta, impulsada por la diputada Alejandra Figueroa Adame y ya turnada a comisiones, plantea medidas concretas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>destinar al menos el 3% de las candidaturas a diputaciones locales y ayuntamientos para personas j\u00f3venes, as\u00ed como asignar el 3% del financiamiento p\u00fablico de los partidos para su formaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador llam\u00f3 a las distintas fuerzas parlamentarias a construir acuerdos para que la iniciativa avance, al considerar que cerrar la brecha generacional en la pol\u00edtica es una tarea pendiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas juventudes tienen energ\u00eda, capacidad e ideas innovadoras. Cuando eso se combina con experiencia, los resultados son extraordinarios.
