Inicia GEM mesas de di\u00e1logo sobre vivienda digna y regularizada con presidentas y presidentes municipales electos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los municipios de Teotihuac\u00e1n y Tultitl\u00e1n fueron las dos primeras sedes de las 12 Mesas de Di\u00e1logo sobre vivienda digna y regularizada, convocadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura del Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (Imevis), en las que tienen previsto reunirse con los 125 presidentes municipales electos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al respecto, Alejandro Tenorio Esquivel, Director General del Imevis, explic\u00f3 que estas mesas tienen por objetivo presentar a las y los alcaldes los tr\u00e1mites, servicios y programas con los que cuenta el Instituto, y empezar a trazar una agenda de trabajo que d\u00e9 inicio con la firma de un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con cada uno de los Ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreg\u00f3 que, por indicaciones de la Gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico se impulsan acciones de regularizaci\u00f3n de la tenencia de tierra, regulaci\u00f3n del suelo y mejoramiento de vivienda para hacer de la entidad un referente de desarrollo urbano ordenado y con sentido social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que estos convenios brindar\u00e1n a los mexiquenses beneficios en tr\u00e1mites municipales como el pago de predial y el traslado de dominio, entre otros, que son requisitos b\u00e1sicos para acudir al Imevis e iniciar la tramitaci\u00f3n de un t\u00edtulo de propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la primera sesi\u00f3n de estas mesas acudieron las presidentas electas y los presidentes electos de: Teotihuac\u00e1n, Apaxco, Hueypoxtla, Jaltenco, Nextlalpan, Tequixquiac, Tonanitla, Zumpango, Temascalapa, Tec\u00e1mac, San Mart\u00edn de las Pir\u00e1mides, Otumba, Nopaltepec, Ecatepec, Axapusco y Acolman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la segunda mesa de di\u00e1logo estuvieron las y los ediles de Tultitl\u00e1n, Coacalco, Coyotepec, Cuautitl\u00e1n, Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, Huehuetoca, Melchor Ocampo, Teoloyucan, Tepotzotl\u00e1n, Tultepec y Villa del Carb\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta el momento, el titular del Imevis se ha reunido con 27 presidentas y presidentes municipales electos y se espera que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se lleven a cabo 10 mesas m\u00e1s para cubrir al total de las administraciones municipales 2025-2027 del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
