Este fallo judicial se convirti\u00f3 en un rev\u00e9s para las autoridades que hab\u00edan argumentado la necesidad del desalojo como parte de un plan para reordenar la zona y reducir actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo de desalojo realizado en septiembre pasado hab\u00eda sido justificado por la construcci\u00f3n de la ciclov\u00eda en la avenida Isidro Fabela y por los problemas de inseguridad que aquejan el \u00e1rea. Durante a\u00f1os, esta zona ha sido se\u00f1alada por la presencia de delitos como extorsiones, robos cometidos por motorratones y carteristas, afectando a comerciantes establecidos, transe\u00fantes y usuarios del transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrantes de Movimiento Popular Ernesto Che Guevara se\u00f1alaron que su presencia en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica es un derecho garantizado por la resoluci\u00f3n judicial y aseguraron que trabajar\u00e1n para mantener un ambiente seguro y organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la tarde autoridades municipales pidieron a los los comerciantes retiraran sus puestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que los vendedores se\u00f1alaron, \u00bb no es justo que las autoridades municipales no acaten las ordenes de un juez federal, est\u00e1n incumpliendo la ley, al no dejarnos trabajar, por ello le pedimos a la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez y al nuevo alcalde Ricardo Moreno nos ayude a buscar una soluci\u00f3n ya que nosotros vivimos del comercio\u00bb, finalizaron.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regresan comerciantes a la Terminal de Toluca tras obtener amparo Comerciantes de la Organizaci\u00f3n \u00abMovimiento Popular Ernesto Che Guevara\u00bb volvieron a instalarse en la zona de la Terminal-Mercado Ju\u00e1rez, en la colonia Valle Verde.
