Regidores de Temoaya denuncian amenazas y privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico \u2013 Los regidores V\u00edctor Manuel Montiel y Karen S\u00e1nchez, del municipio de Temoaya, interpusieron una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico por privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad y amenazas de muerte. Ambos estuvieron respaldados por diputados locales, entre ellos Anai Esparza e Isaac Hern\u00e1ndez, y por regidores de otros municipios del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montiel relat\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 1 de enero, cuando se dirig\u00eda a la primera sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo. Durante su trayecto, fue interceptado por un grupo de personas que lo amedrentaron y lo amarraron a un poste, exigiendo su renuncia. Seg\u00fan sus declaraciones, los responsables eran presuntamente ex funcionarios p\u00fablicos de la administraci\u00f3n anterior, quienes incluso grabaron el incidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa situaci\u00f3n es contundente; pedir\u00e9 al fiscal que act\u00fae conforme a derecho\u201d, expres\u00f3 Montiel, quien afirm\u00f3 que la amenaza lo llev\u00f3 a firmar su renuncia bajo coacci\u00f3n. A pesar de ello, subray\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 en su cargo, ya que dicha renuncia carece de validez jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montiel tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 el apoyo de la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez, para garantizar su seguridad y la de otros funcionarios. \u201cS\u00e9 que est\u00e1 preocupada por la seguridad de los mexiquenses; le pido que gire instrucciones a quien corresponda\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En conferencia de prensa, el Diputado Reginaldo Sandoval Flores, comisionado pol\u00edtico del Partido del Trabajo en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, conden\u00f3 en\u00e9rgicamente los ataques. \u201cLa violencia no solo afecta la estabilidad democr\u00e1tica, sino que representa un grave atentado contra la integridad de los servidores p\u00fablicos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. Sandoval exigi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva y sanciones contra los responsables del ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El caso ha generado preocupaci\u00f3n sobre la seguridad de los funcionarios en el Estado de M\u00e9xico y la prevalencia de pr\u00e1cticas violentas que amenazan la democracia y el ejercicio de los cargos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
