{"id":5450,"date":"2025-02-28T15:22:02","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T15:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proyeccionedomex.com.mx\/?p=5450"},"modified":"2025-02-28T15:22:05","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T15:22:05","slug":"osfem-recibira-cuentas-publicas-municipales-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proyeccionedomex.com.mx\/?p=5450","title":{"rendered":"OSFEM recibir\u00e1 Cuentas P\u00fablicas Municipales 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>OSFEM recibir\u00e1 Cuentas P\u00fablicas Municipales 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico (OSFEM) abrir\u00e1 del 3 al 18 de marzo el Componente \u201cCuenta P\u00fablica\u201d en su Plataforma Digital para que los municipios y sus organismos descentralizados entreguen la documentaci\u00f3n respectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su validaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la Firma Electr\u00f3nica Avanzada del presidente municipal o directores generales de los organismos descentralizados, \u00fanicamente el 18 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior se desprende del Acuerdo 5\/2025 que contiene los \u201cLineamientos para la integraci\u00f3n, entrega y env\u00edo de la Cuenta P\u00fablica Municipal del ejercicio fiscal 2024\u201d, as\u00ed como de la entrega del Cuarto Informe Trimestral 2024 de las entidades fiscalizables del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el cumplimiento en Cuenta P\u00fablica, el OSFEM ofrecer\u00e1 capacitaci\u00f3n virtual calendarizada por regiones, el 27 y 28 de febrero a presidentes o presidentas municipales, tesoreros, titulares de las UIPPE, directores de obras y de los \u00d3rganos Internos de Control o equivalentes, quienes deber\u00e1n hacer un pre registro en la direcci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fosfem.gob.mx%2Fregistro%3Ffbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR0Ng3lLEtWpcppXS-DozOEbRS1zTFFvbDVZjB6AhWfMXgfs6ogPQyFfKoA_aem_WQnvywY25zPwiLUFMIMNzg&amp;h=AT0hagPcsvXGE7AJzUNuGX06OHrdvpn76YsQMpXrejY_mj5r7ez-_oMk6RXLdQ20pads1T5fHa7tC2dEnUIXdkvffUed9jGpN3WA37OCJm5CjPLG8F_61GkuPdU0ji5DkHjZ&amp;__tn__=-UK-R&amp;c[0]=AT1JZSfAf2MYXfjDJ0Ephtjd3kpIEQl6GUfh218aC6qZzwIUz6yl11mw-5DTfanKgCxDgx5yDoqGAeWnyQNKbWYVMUZr9n9YFousjCwFFOf0Pjf1eQIFl7nh6vvTDyysiAhdDuiREs8QNbXLKBAMdueWfDInZyjpJLgBMUVascBwUreW2jwc8LaBIEE6Sdpy\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">osfem.gob.mx\/registro<\/a> habilitada del 24 al 26 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n convocados directores generales, tesoreros y titulares de las UIPPE, obras y contralores de los organismos descentralizados, es decir, de los Sistemas Municipales DIF, organismos operadores de agua, Institutos Municipales de Cultura F\u00edsica y Deporte, Instituto Municipal de la Juventud de Ayapango, Instituto Municipal de la Mujer de Toluca y el MAVICI de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de febrero ser\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n para las regiones Norte, Sur, Valle de Toluca Sur, Noreste y Valle de Toluca Centro; y el 28 para las regiones Oriente, Valle de M\u00e9xico y Noreste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Acuerdo 5\/2025, publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial \u201cGaceta del Gobierno\u201d del Estado de M\u00e9xico y firmado por la Auditora Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Liliana D\u00e1valos Ham, explica que la Cuenta P\u00fablica \u201cse constituye por la informaci\u00f3n contable y financiera, presupuestal, patrimonial, program\u00e1tica y complementaria que muestra los resultados de la ejecuci\u00f3n de la Ley de Ingresos y del Presupuesto de Egresos\u201d que las entidades municipales env\u00edan anualmente a la Legislatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informe Trimestral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que hace al Cuarto Informe Trimestral 2024, las entidades municipales lo har\u00e1n de manera remota del 3 al 18 de marzo, a trav\u00e9s del Componente \u201cInformes Trimestrales\u201d y el env\u00edo se realizar\u00e1 con Firma Electr\u00f3nica Avanzada solamente el 18 de marzo;
