Er\u00e9ndira Fierro Moreno visit\u00f3 tres espacios fundamentales de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico (UAEM\u00e9x): la Facultad de Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda en sus campus El Rosedal y Ciudad Universitaria, as\u00ed como el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Estudios Avanzados de la Poblaci\u00f3n (CIEAP). Ah\u00ed, dej\u00f3 claro que su visi\u00f3n para la Rector\u00eda no es solo un proyecto acad\u00e9mico: es una ruta concreta de transformaci\u00f3n con resultados medibles, compromisos reales y acciones inmediatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Campus El Rosedal, habl\u00f3 sobre el impulso a la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica dentro de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios mexiquense. Propuso programas de capacitaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda para incorporar a m\u00e1s investigadoras e investigadores al Sistema Nacional, incluyendo formaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para identificar las mejores plataformas de publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese mismo espacio acad\u00e9mico estableci\u00f3 un compromiso directo con el fortalecimiento de la vinculaci\u00f3n con el sector empresarial para que los programas de estudio respondan a los polos de desarrollo estrat\u00e9gico y eleven las oportunidades laborales de la comunidad universitaria. Tambi\u00e9n propuso acceso a software especializado para fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n social, centros de traducci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica para fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n social, y un s\u00f3lido plan de formaci\u00f3n docente por \u00e1reas del conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, en la la Facultad de Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda Campus Ciudad Universitaria, la Dra. Fierro Moreno destac\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n debe ser aplicada y responder a las necesidades reales de la comunidad universitaria del Estado de M\u00e9xico. En ese sentido, propuso una estrategia de tutor\u00edas personalizadas, la consolidaci\u00f3n de la movilidad acad\u00e9mica h\u00edbrida y la internacionalizaci\u00f3n efectiva de la UAEM\u00e9x, que permita atraer estudiantes extranjeros a los espacios universitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, su visita al CIEAP tuvo un enfoque central: justicia, equidad y dignidad. Ah\u00ed plante\u00f3 una normatividad especializada con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, con procesos claros, acompa\u00f1amiento profesional y sin fisuras legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, propuso la digitalizaci\u00f3n de plataformas de publicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en los diferentes espacios universitarios para fortalecer la difusi\u00f3n del conocimiento cr\u00edtico generado por la comunidad universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Dra. Fierro Moreno escucha y recoge las demandas reales de la comunidad universitaria y propone soluciones concretas. Su campa\u00f1a no es de discursos vac\u00edos, sino de compromisos con visi\u00f3n. \u201cLa excelencia no se promete, se construye. Y la construiremos juntas y juntos\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, con paso firme en su compromiso como aspirante de territorio, esta semana la Dra. Er\u00e9ndira Fierro Moreno continuar\u00e1 su recorrido por la comunidad universitaria. Se reunir\u00e1 con universitarias y universitarios en Amecameca, en la zona oriente del estado; en Ixtapan de la Sal, al sur; en la Facultad de Medicina, en Toluca; y en Ecatepec, en el Valle de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerrar\u00e1 la semana con un encuentro en la Facultad de Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y Sociales, adem\u00e1s de participar en otras jornadas de
