violencia pol\u00edtica contra el alcalde de Luvianos, Edder Jes\u00fas Jaimes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La quinta regidora del municipio de Luvianos, X\u00f3chitl Mart\u00ednez Macedo, denunci\u00f3 al presidente municipal Edder Jes\u00fas Jaimes Gardu\u00f1o, de violencia pol\u00edtica en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, pues durante las sesiones de cabildo es violentada, discriminada y excluida, a pesar de tener derecho a participar durante cinco minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se cumple con el Reglamento de Cabildo, pues \u201cmi opini\u00f3n no es tomada en cuenta, se me ha negado el uso de la voz y se me ha cuestionado mi formaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, mi capacidad y la raz\u00f3n de mi voto, cuando los regidores tenemos la funci\u00f3n de supervisar la administraci\u00f3n municipal\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 en conferencia de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que ha sido vulnerada por el presidente municipal al negarse a la entrega de su dieta quincenal, \u201cme dijo que no se me pagar\u00eda a lo largo de toda la administraci\u00f3n, por lo que me daba la opci\u00f3n de renunciar a la regidur\u00eda, a lo que me negu\u00e9 rotundamente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de ese momento, dijo que recibi\u00f3 toda clase de hostigamiento, amenazas e intimidaciones a las afueras de su domicilio, lo que afecta a sus familiares y por ello, \u201cexpongo que tengo temor de lo que me pudiera pasar por ser una representante digna para la gente de Luvianos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hizo un llamado al \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico para tomar acciones en este asunto, con el fin de que los regidores no tengan que ser coaccionados ni manipulados en sus derechos o estar bajo la amenaza de no recibir un peso hasta presentar la renuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>X\u00f3chitl Mart\u00ednez Macedo a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que con la denuncia presentada por el delito de violencia pol\u00edtica en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, el pasado 28 de febrero se hizo de conocimiento la notificaci\u00f3n correspondiente y que se radicaba en la Unidad de G\u00e9nero en la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Tejupilco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, acudi\u00f3 a ratificar la denuncia presentada y la ampliaci\u00f3n de las declaraciones para el conocimiento del presidente municipal de Luvianos; derivado de sus amenazas \u201cel pasado 4 de marzo se present\u00f3 un oficio ante la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad del Estado para solicitar las medidas precautorias de protecci\u00f3n para mi persona, siendo revictimizada por dicha corporaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, sostuvo que se realiz\u00f3 una denuncia ante el Tribunal Electoral dado que no se cuenta con los recibos de pago correspondientes a las remuneraciones de enero, febrero y marzo, lo que vulnera su acceso al seguro m\u00e9dico y otros derechos que tiene como servidora p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
