Juan Carlos Morales y Alan Nava, estudiantes de la Unidad Acad\u00e9mica Profesional Tianguistenco de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico (UAEM\u00e9x), reflexionan, en su art\u00edculo \u201c\u00c9tica en la inteligencia artificial: Un enfoque integral desde perspectivas jur\u00eddicas, educativas y sociales\u201d, en torno a los desaf\u00edos \u00e9ticos en los que se encuentra el uso de esta herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los universitarios se enfocan en el dilema legal, educativo y transhumanista. Afirman que, a pesar de la autonom\u00eda de los sistemas operativos de la inteligencia artificial, se requiere de la supervisi\u00f3n humana que aplique los c\u00f3digos \u00e9ticos correspondientes, de lo contrario se correr\u00eda el riesgo de cometer faltas a los derechos fundamentales. En este sentido, quienes dise\u00f1an y utilizan la IA tienen la responsabilidad de las acciones que \u00e9sta realice, por ello enfatizan en la necesidad de la actualizaci\u00f3n de leyes para esta \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la educaci\u00f3n, los autores no niegan el potencial de la IA para mejorar el aprendizaje y facilitar tareas; sin embargo, recalcan que hay habilidades, como la emocional y cr\u00edtica, que dif\u00edcilmente podr\u00e1n ser reemplazadas por la tecnolog\u00eda: \u201ces fundamental que estas herramientas sean vistas como un complemento y no como un sustituto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, mencionan que la corriente transhumanista, que busca la superaci\u00f3n humana por medio de la tecnolog\u00eda, ha causado preocupaci\u00f3n dentro de los debates de sus implicaciones sociales y \u00e9ticas.
