RICARDO MORENO IMPULSA COLABORACI\u00d3N REGIONAL ANTE FEN\u00d3MENOS NATURALES Y RETOS DE SEGURIDAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOLUCA, EDOM\u00c9X. \u2013 En un llamado a la cooperaci\u00f3n regional, el presidente municipal de Toluca, Ricardo Moreno Bastida, propuso formalizar un convenio intermunicipal con los municipios del Valle de Toluca para hacer frente, de manera conjunta, a los efectos de fen\u00f3menos naturales como las recientes lluvias torrenciales, as\u00ed como reforzar las acciones en materia de seguridad y protecci\u00f3n civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo Intermunicipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica de la Regi\u00f3n XIV Toluca, Moreno Bastida exhort\u00f3 a sus hom\u00f3logos de Metepec, Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez, Zinacantepec, Mexicaltzingo, Chapultepec, San Mateo Atenco y Calimaya a sumar esfuerzos mediante un programa regional que permita atender emergencias sin importar l\u00edmites territoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl clima no respeta fronteras administrativas. Por eso, debemos actuar como una sola regi\u00f3n, con una estrategia com\u00fan que proteja la integridad de nuestras comunidades. La prevenci\u00f3n y la coordinaci\u00f3n son clave para responder con eficacia\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreno subray\u00f3 que el Consejo Intermunicipal representa un espacio de coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno para desarrollar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas conjuntas que impacten positivamente en la vida de la poblaci\u00f3n. En este contexto, reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con los acuerdos emanados de este \u00f3rgano, as\u00ed como de los consejos estatal y nacional de seguridad, destacando avances en la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y en la capacidad de respuesta ante emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asegur\u00f3 que Toluca trabaja bajo una visi\u00f3n social y humanista, en sinton\u00eda con los lineamientos de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum y la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez, enfocada en atender las causas profundas de la inseguridad y fortalecer el tejido social desde la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El edil resalt\u00f3 los resultados alcanzados gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n institucional, como la disminuci\u00f3n del 24% en la incidencia delictiva y la reducci\u00f3n en 11 de los 12 delitos de alto impacto en abril respecto a marzo, logros reconocidos recientemente por la gobernadora durante la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n para la Construcci\u00f3n de la Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstos resultados muestran que cuando gobiernos municipales, estatal y federal trabajamos juntos, los avances son contundentes. No solo mejoramos la seguridad, tambi\u00e9n fortalecemos la confianza ciudadana\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, reconoci\u00f3 la labor de las corporaciones policiales y de todos los actores que integran el Consejo Intermunicipal, reiterando la disposici\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento de Toluca para continuar sumando a la construcci\u00f3n de una regi\u00f3n segura, resiliente y con oportunidades para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes los presidentes municipales Fernando Flores (Metepec), Adolfo Sol\u00eds (Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez), Manuel Vilchis Viveros (Zinacantepec), Aridane Ben\u00edtez Espinoza (Mexicaltzingo), as\u00ed como representantes de los municipios de Chapultepec, San Mateo Atenco y Calimaya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
