Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.- A pesar de la propuesta formal presentada por la rectora Martha Patricia Zarza Delgado para garantizar el regreso a clases sin represalias, el movimiento estudiantil en paro mantiene bloqueados los sistemas inform\u00e1ticos que permitir\u00edan reactivar los servicios escolares en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico (UAEM\u00e9x).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la segunda mesa de di\u00e1logo, la administraci\u00f3n universitaria puso sobre la mesa 10 compromisos clave, entre ellos la recalendarizaci\u00f3n flexible del semestre, protocolos para erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero, acceso a informes sobre denuncias y la reactivaci\u00f3n de las plataformas TICs. Todo esto bajo el esquema de di\u00e1logo abierto y con reuniones p\u00fablicas de m\u00ednimo tres horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El punto central fue la presentaci\u00f3n del programa \u201cUniversidad sin Represalias\u201d, que garantiza que ning\u00fan estudiante participante en el paro ser\u00e1 objeto de sanciones administrativas o legales. Sin embargo, y pese al avance, el movimiento estudiantil a\u00fan no permite la revisi\u00f3n de los sistemas digitales, lo que impide inscripciones, gesti\u00f3n de becas y otros tr\u00e1mites escolares fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras la rector\u00eda insiste en avanzar, el estancamiento persiste. El conflicto ya afecta directamente a m\u00e1s de 98 mil estudiantes, y su resoluci\u00f3n sigue dependiendo de una decisi\u00f3n clave del sector parista: liberar o no los sistemas escolares esta misma semana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
