ATIZAP\u00c1N DE ZARAGOZA, ENTRE LOS MUNICIPIOS MEJOR CALIFICADOS DEL PA\u00cdS POR SU SOLIDEZ FINANCIERA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Fitch Ratings y HR Ratings elevan sus calificaciones y reconocen el manejo eficiente de los recursos municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*El gobierno de Pedro Rodr\u00edguez consolida a Atizap\u00e1n como referente nacional en sostenibilidad fiscal y disciplina presupuestal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 Con resultados que refrendan su liderazgo en gesti\u00f3n financiera, el municipio de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza recibi\u00f3 evaluaciones favorables de las agencias Fitch Ratings y HR Ratings, que elevaron sus calificaciones crediticias y destacaron el buen manejo de las finanzas p\u00fablicas, el control del gasto y la eficiencia recaudatoria del gobierno encabezado por Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pasado 9 de octubre, Fitch Ratings mejor\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n nacional de largo plazo de A+(mex) a \u201cAA-(mex)\u201d, cambiando su perspectiva de Estable a Positiva. En su informe, la calificadora subray\u00f3 la s\u00f3lida posici\u00f3n de liquidez, el incremento del ahorro interno y la prudente administraci\u00f3n de la deuda, adem\u00e1s del control en el gasto operativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, la agencia mantuvo en \u2018AAA(mex)vra\u2019 la calificaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito contratado con Banobras, con un saldo de 342 millones de pesos al 30 de junio de 2025, destacando el cumplimiento puntual de las obligaciones y el bajo nivel de riesgo financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el 13 de octubre, HR Ratings ratific\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n HR AA, elevando tambi\u00e9n su perspectiva a Positiva (HR AA+), al reconocer el crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos propios, la disciplina fiscal y la consistencia en la planeaci\u00f3n financiera. La agencia destac\u00f3 que Atizap\u00e1n mantiene una estructura fiscal s\u00f3lida, con balances positivos y una gesti\u00f3n que prioriza la sostenibilidad de largo plazo sobre el gasto inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambas firmas coincidieron en que el municipio ha fortalecido su capacidad de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica con recursos propios, destinando una parte significativa al desarrollo de infraestructura vial, seguridad y urbanismo, lo que consolida su modelo de administraci\u00f3n responsable y con visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente municipal Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos resultados \u201cno son producto del azar, sino de una planeaci\u00f3n ordenada, del uso responsable de los recursos y de la transparencia en cada decisi\u00f3n\u201d. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica financiera de su gobierno busca mantener equilibrio entre ingresos y egresos, asegurando que cada peso recaudado se traduzca en obras y beneficios tangibles para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNos llena de orgullo alcanzar estas calificaciones, porque demuestran que Atizap\u00e1n es un municipio confiable, con finanzas sanas y con rumbo claro. El edil resalt\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la recaudaci\u00f3n local, especialmente en predial, licencias y derechos, ha fortalecido la autonom\u00eda financiera municipal, reduciendo la dependencia de las transferencias federales. \u201cHoy Atizap\u00e1n puede financiar su propio desarrollo, actuar con libertad y planear con visi\u00f3n\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El tesorero municipal, Jos\u00e9 Ortega R\u00edos, subray\u00f3 que las perspectivas positivas y el reconocimiento de las calificadoras reflejan \u201cuna administraci\u00f3n moderna, con disciplina presupuestal y enfoque estrat\u00e9gico, que impulsa un desarrollo urbano ordenado y competitivo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
