Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 En un municipio donde la seguridad se construye con estrategia, tecnolog\u00eda y compromiso humano, Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza vive una nueva era de confianza ciudadana bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la presentaci\u00f3n del libro \u201cSeguridad P\u00fablica con estrategias basadas en inteligencia\u201d, el Teniente de Nav\u00edo de la Armada de M\u00e9xico y Director de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito Vial, Fabi\u00e1n Ricardo G\u00f3mez Calc\u00e1neo, comparti\u00f3 los pilares que han permitido consolidar una corporaci\u00f3n eficiente y humana: voluntad pol\u00edtica, profesionalizaci\u00f3n y dignificaci\u00f3n policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cEn Atizap\u00e1n aniquilamos la corrupci\u00f3n. El polic\u00eda no es un animal, es un ser humano con familia y necesidades; hay que recordar que el polic\u00eda tambi\u00e9n quiere estar con su familia\u201d, expres\u00f3 G\u00f3mez Calc\u00e1neo, al destacar que los valores de la Armada de M\u00e9xico \u2014honor, deber, lealtad y patriotismo\u2014 se han convertido en la base moral del nuevo modelo de seguridad atizapense.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

El comisario subray\u00f3 que s\u00ed es posible recomponer los cuerpos policiacos hist\u00f3ricamente vinculados a la corrupci\u00f3n y recuperar el orgullo de servir. Su obra busca ser una herramienta que contribuya a replicar este modelo en otros municipios del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el presidente municipal Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas destac\u00f3 la profundidad del cambio alcanzado en la corporaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSe han dado de baja a m\u00e1s de 600 elementos de un total de mil 346. Permanecieron quienes entendieron el nuevo rumbo y hoy son ejemplo de compromiso y sensibilidad. Me siento muy orgulloso de todos ellos, porque somos un equipo que trabaja con resultados\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el edil ante los integrantes de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente, Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza cuenta con 244 patrullas, equipamiento moderno y uniformes dignos para su personal. Adem\u00e1s, las c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia fueron reemplazadas por tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, y se prev\u00e9 la instalaci\u00f3n de arcos carreteros inteligentes que permitir\u00e1n monitorear accesos y salidas del municipio en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el acto, el senador Enrique Vargas del Villar, la diputada Ivonne Ortega, y el diputado local Mariano Camacho San Mart\u00edn reconocieron la labor del comisario y la visi\u00f3n del alcalde Rodr\u00edguez Villegas, destacando a Atizap\u00e1n como un ejemplo de modelo policial sustentado en la inteligencia y la \u00e9tica p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el edil reiter\u00f3 su reconocimiento al cuerpo policiaco:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
