EN UNIDAD SINDICAL, JENARO MART\u00cdNEZ RINDE CUENTAS Y FIJA RUTA DE ACCI\u00d3N PARA EL SMSEM EN 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*El Secretario General destaca logros alcanzados en su primer a\u00f1o de gesti\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n de acuerdos desde la base magisterial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*M\u00e1s de 4 mil 700 representantes sindicales participaron en las mesas de trabajo del XLVII Consejo Estatal Ordinario<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 Con un mensaje de unidad, transparencia y compromiso, el Secretario General del Sindicato de Maestros al Servicio del Estado de M\u00e9xico (SMSEM), Jenaro Mart\u00ednez Reyes, encabez\u00f3 los trabajos del XLVII Consejo Estatal Ordinario, donde rindi\u00f3 cuentas ante la base sindical y se discutieron los temas prioritarios que marcar\u00e1n la agenda magisterial rumbo al a\u00f1o 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En las instalaciones de Santa Cruz Atzcapotzaltongo, y ante m\u00e1s de 4 mil 700 delegadas, delegados y representantes sindicales de las 14 regiones del estado, Mart\u00ednez Reyes present\u00f3 un balance de su primer a\u00f1o al frente del sindicato, destacando avances tangibles en materia salarial, de salud, derechos laborales y bienestar social, producto del di\u00e1logo permanente con el Gobierno estatal, encabezado por la maestra Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los logros alcanzados en el Convenio de Sueldo y Prestaciones 2025, el dirigente destac\u00f3 la doble gratificaci\u00f3n por el D\u00eda del Maestro para orientadores t\u00e9cnicos \u201cA\u201d y \u201cB\u201d de Educaci\u00f3n Media Superior; la creaci\u00f3n de licencias con goce de sueldo por un a\u00f1o para docentes con tratamientos oncol\u00f3gicos en fase avanzada; y la reducci\u00f3n de 5 a 3 a\u00f1os de servicio para acceder a licencias por enfermedad de larga recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, subray\u00f3 el incremento al pago de la prima adicional por permanencia, la transformaci\u00f3n del programa Bienestar Familiar en Madres y Padres Solteros, con enfoque de equidad de g\u00e9nero, y la preservaci\u00f3n de prestaciones para quienes soliciten licencia sin goce de sueldo para ocupar una plaza de mayor categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoy, al cumplir un a\u00f1o de gesti\u00f3n, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la base magisterial. Ha sido un a\u00f1o de trabajo intenso, de resultados que fortalecen la dignidad, el salario y la salud de nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de profesi\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 Mart\u00ednez Reyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el Consejo se desarrollaron cinco mesas de trabajo donde se discutieron los temas que integrar\u00e1n el pliego petitorio 2026, entre ellos: incremento salarial y a prestaciones, agilizaci\u00f3n de jubilaciones y pensiones, procesos de basificaci\u00f3n, reducci\u00f3n de carga administrativa, abasto de medicamentos e incentivos por preparaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las propuestas emanaron de las mil 53 delegaciones sindicales del Estado de M\u00e9xico, donde se recopilaron las inquietudes y necesidades de m\u00e1s de 105 mil afiliados, consolidando un documento representativo que ser\u00e1 entregado por el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo al Gobierno estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la conclusi\u00f3n de este encuentro, el SMSEM refrenda su car\u00e1cter de sindicato democr\u00e1tico, participativo y cercano a su base, que rinde cuentas con transparencia y defiende los derechos del magisterio con hechos.
