ALERTAN QUE REFORMAS EN EL EDOM\u00c9X PONEN EN RIESGO DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Padres de familia y organizaciones civiles denuncian un paquete legislativo que, aseguran, vulnera la vida, la libertad de conciencia y la educaci\u00f3n libre de ideolog\u00edas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Se\u00f1alan a la diputada de Morena, Zaira Cedillo, como promotora de iniciativas sobre educaci\u00f3n sexual integral que generan pol\u00e9mica social<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.\u2013 Diversas organizaciones de la sociedad civil y agrupaciones de padres de familia denunciaron p\u00fablicamente la existencia de un paquete legislativo en el Congreso del Estado de M\u00e9xico que, a su juicio, atenta contra derechos fundamentales, entre ellos el derecho a la vida, la objeci\u00f3n de conciencia y una educaci\u00f3n libre de ideolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En conferencia de prensa, Rodrigo Iv\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s, presidente del Frente Nacional por la Familia, expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n ante el contenido de estas iniciativas, al advertir que \u201cel Estado de M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda seguir el camino de Michoac\u00e1n, donde la inseguridad y la violencia se agravaron mientras los legisladores impulsaban leyes ideol\u00f3gicas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s controvertidos del debate es la propuesta de educaci\u00f3n sexual integral desde la infancia, impulsada por la diputada local de Morena, Zaira Cedillo Silva, que plantea abordar temas como el consentimiento sexual, la planificaci\u00f3n familiar, y el acceso a m\u00e9todos anticonceptivos y servicios de aborto sin requerir la intervenci\u00f3n de los padres o tutores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos consternados como padres y ciudadanos. En lugar de atender problemas reales como la violencia o la falta de agua en las escuelas, el gobierno se ocupa de imponer leyes ideol\u00f3gicas que crean confusi\u00f3n y divisi\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Cort\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los opositores advirtieron que las reformas incluyen cambios a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n, la Ley de Asistencia Social, la Ley de Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, el C\u00f3digo Administrativo y el C\u00f3digo Civil del Estado de M\u00e9xico, lo que \u2014afirman\u2014 abrir\u00eda la puerta a la \u201csexualizaci\u00f3n precoz\u201d de menores y limitar\u00eda el derecho de los m\u00e9dicos a la objeci\u00f3n de conciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, Rosa Mary Morales, l\u00edder de Expo Vida y Familia, advirti\u00f3 que \u201cestas leyes veneno dejan fuera a los padres en la educaci\u00f3n sexual de sus hijos y promueven una visi\u00f3n ideol\u00f3gica que confunde la identidad de los menores. No estamos en contra de la educaci\u00f3n sexual, pero s\u00ed de que se imponga sin di\u00e1logo ni consenso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las agrupaciones tambi\u00e9n mencionaron como ejemplo de esta tendencia la \u201cGu\u00eda de orientaciones generales para la prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n hacia la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTTTQI+ en el \u00e1mbito educativo del Estado de M\u00e9xico 2025\u201d, documento que, aseguran, busca \u201cimponer una agenda ideol\u00f3gica en las escuelas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Esther Cejudo, presidenta de la organizaci\u00f3n Con Participaci\u00f3n Estado de M\u00e9xico, afirm\u00f3 que \u201clas aulas se est\u00e1n convirtiendo en centros de adoctrinamiento, donde se prioriza una visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en lugar de una educaci\u00f3n basada en valores y calidad acad\u00e9mica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro punto se\u00f1alado fue la reforma al C\u00f3digo Administrativo estatal, que, seg\u00fan los grupos convocantes, anular\u00eda la libertad de los m\u00e9dicos para ejercer la objeci\u00f3n de conciencia en procedimientos como el aborto. \u201cEstas modificaciones violan el juramento hipocr\u00e1tico, que desde hace m\u00e1s de dos milenios defiende el principio de no hacer da\u00f1o\u201d, subray\u00f3 Rodrigo Iv\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las organizaciones adelantaron que solicitar\u00e1n audiencias con legisladores locales y federales para exponer sus argumentos, adem\u00e1s de preparar acciones legales y movilizaciones pac\u00edficas con el fin de frenar lo que calificaron como \u201cuna imposici\u00f3n ideol\u00f3gica que atenta contra las familias mexiquenses\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
