ENTREGAN INFORME DE RESULTADOS DE CUENTAS P\u00daBLICAS 2024 AL CONGRESO MEXIQUENSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*OSFEM reporta m\u00e1s de 5 mil observaciones y 2 mil inconsistencias derivadas de 541 actos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Legisladores destacan nuevo modelo de gobierno basado en honradez, eficiencia y transparencia<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toluca, EDOM\u00c9X.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia del \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico (OSFEM) recibi\u00f3 el Informe de Resultados de la Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de las Cuentas P\u00fablicas Estatal y Municipales del Ejercicio Fiscal 2024, en una reuni\u00f3n encabezada por la diputada Arleth Stephanie Grimaldo Osorio (morena), presidenta de este \u00f3rgano legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El documento fue entregado por la titular del OSFEM, Liliana D\u00e1valos Ham, en presencia del diputado Jos\u00e9 Francisco V\u00e1zquez Rodr\u00edguez (morena), presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), quien destac\u00f3 que la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas es pieza clave del nuevo modelo de gobierno que se construye en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el informe, se realizaron 541 actos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n \u2014163 auditor\u00edas y 378 revisiones\u2014 que derivaron en 5 mil 634 observaciones y 2 mil 166 inconsistencias, cubriendo el 100% de las 549 entidades fiscalizables. El video presentado durante la sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n exhibi\u00f3 un incremento del 10% en las auditor\u00edas respecto al programa del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la entrega, el diputado Francisco V\u00e1zquez subray\u00f3 que fiscalizar \u201ces cuidar el dinero del pueblo\u201d y afirm\u00f3 que la honradez, la eficiencia y la transparencia deben sustituir a las pr\u00e1cticas de abuso y simulaci\u00f3n. Reconoci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el trabajo de las 674 personas servidoras p\u00fablicas del OSFEM, quienes participaron en el proceso t\u00e9cnico y operativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la diputada Arleth Grimaldo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la calificaci\u00f3n de las cuentas p\u00fablicas no representa una conclusi\u00f3n, sino un punto de continuidad institucional, ya que las observaciones y acciones derivadas deber\u00e1n seguir su curso conforme a los procedimientos administrativos y jur\u00eddicos vigentes. Reiter\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de la LXII Legislatura para fortalecer los mecanismos de control y evaluaci\u00f3n que exige la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, Liliana D\u00e1valos destac\u00f3 que el informe refleja el compromiso del OSFEM con la transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, enfatizando que se ha impulsado un enfoque preventivo mediante capacitaci\u00f3n permanente para asegurar que los entes fiscalizables cumplan los requerimientos legales en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las auditor\u00edas realizadas abarcaron 300 cuentas p\u00fablicas municipales y 78 estatales, revisando ingresos y egresos, ejecuci\u00f3n de programas, inventarios, tabuladores salariales, deuda p\u00fablica, entre otros aspectos.
